In 2010, he began representing
a variety of investors at the Clark County Trustee Sale Auction. Over 2
years Bryan and his team researched, purchased, rehabbed, and sold over
100 properties.
In 2012, he began acquiring
property on behalf of one of the world’s largest hedge funds. In less
than 2 years, he closed 800 transactions totaling over $130,000,000 ($130M).
Bryan is a dominant force in
the single family residence market. In 2013, he was the #1 agent in the
Southwest region and #2 agent in the U.S. with RE/MAX International.
